Modest, fresh, filling food. The grilled mahi mahi was moist and perfectly cooked, and the rice and beans were tasty and filling. The margaritas are sweet, and the vibe is chill, family-operated modest business. No loud music, no upsells. Just decent food, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

We went here 3 times on our trip and it was the best Mexican food we've had! Ceviche on the first night, amazing. The other 2 times were breakfast and the chilaquiles were the best we've EVER had. Prices are amazing too. They've been here for over 25 years and it shows why.

Grilled fish with rice beans and salad. Delicious. Fresh. And the limonada was knockout. I'll be back.

Our favorite local restaurant in Sayulita. A totally legit restaurant set up outside a family home with delicious fish, margaritas, and flan. Beautiful tables, plants, and good street watching, but it is set up on the main road and straddling the sidewalk. So atmosphere depends on your expectations.

Amazing spot to eat! We had the Platillo Platos with one shrimp and one fish taco. The tacos and beans were delicious. Highly recommend!

The tacos here are BOMB! Tons of great flavor with a house-made secret crema sauce (I asked if I can buy it, but they told me they make it fresh every day)... and 3 for 120 pesos is amazing (places on the beach are 2 for 120)! ...

Excellent food! This is my 4th trip to Sayulita and my favorite restaurant in Sayulita for basic, home cooked Mexican food. The chili rellenos are fantastic and because they are so good, we can’t say much about other menu items. Please note that GPS says this place closed at 4pm but it is definitely open for dinner - it’s after 8pm and they are still open. I highly recommend if you like authentic Mexican food. They have a standard service at the table of pickled onions, a very picante green salsa and an excellent, smokey flavored salsa macha!
